General Policies

Please state desired arrival date, unless otherwise stated your order will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping date.

Guarantee of Products
Every package is carefully packed with Florida's finest citrus! Our business reputation depends on service and quality. Delivery is guaranteed on all shipments when addresses are complete, correct, and the addressee is available to receive the package when delivered.

Wine Orders Person ordering & receiving wine order must be at least 21 years of age. Receipt will be required to sign for package.

Delivery Policy
Our Citrus is shipped by private refrigerated trucks. Locally, your packages will be delivered by USPS, DHL, UPS or FEDEX Ground. We can accommodate for expedited delivery on request. All Wine products are shipped via FEDEX Ground. Wine cannot be shipped in our standard trucks or via the United States Post Office.

Payment Policy
We accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover. We accept personal checks or money orders. Orders will not be shipped until your check or money order has arrived.

Availability is depends on each varieties season. Citrus orders are packed with oranges and grapefruits available in season, unless otherwise requested. 1-800-544-8767



Shipping Policies

To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.



Taxes

We collect state sales tax when the shipping address is in one of the following states:

There is no sales tax on any of our citrus shipments. We are required by the State of Florida to charge sales tax (6.25%) on all Wine Products when the delivery address is in the state of Florida.

Order Cancellation Policies

Order's maybe canceled at anytime prior to orders being shipped. You will not be charged.



Return Policies

If you are not completely satisfied, contact us and will replace the whole gift or any portion of it. Claims must be made within 60 days of shipping.
