All alcoholic beverage products purchased from Cross Creek Groves are sold in the State of Florida, and title passes to the buyer in Florida immediately at the time of sale. This applies to all sales whether by Internet, e-mail, phone, or in person at our retail store. Because of the myriad and ever-changing laws governing the shipment of alcoholic products to different states, counties and local governments, and the lack of any seeming uniformity and opinions ofconstitutionality, ross Creek Groves makes no representation as to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import alcoholic beverages into any state outside of Florida. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic products and for specific knowledge of his or her state's, county's or local laws concerning alcoholic beverage shipment. By placing an order with Cross Creek Groves, the buyer expressly authorizes Cross Creek Groves to legally act as agent on the buyer's behf to engage a common carrier as the delivery service for the order and tha it is legal for an out-of-state buyer or recipient to receive alcoholic products by common carrier at theaddress provided by the buyer. In placing this order, the buyer further represents that the buyer or the buyer's authorized, designated order recipient is at least twenty-one (21) years of age on the purchase date.
