General Policies

Wine: Unless otherwise stated, your order will be shipped on the next scheduled ground shipping date.

Citrus: To ensure ripeness, all citrus is picked fresh from the grove to fill completed orders. Estimated picking times on citrus are between 7 days and 14 days. We can accommodate for expedited delivery on request. For more information, please call (800) 544-8767.

Guarantee of Products

Every package is carefully packed with Florida’s finest citrus! Our business reputation depends on service and quality. Delivery is guaranteed on all shipments when addresses are complete, correct, and the addressee is available to receive the package when delivered. Fresh Citrus and Tropical fruits are highly perishable, thus they can not be returned for refunds.

Wine Return Policies

No wine returns or exchanges. All wine sales final.

Wine Orders

All wines orders are shipped FedEx Ground. Person ordering & receiving wine order must be at least 21 years of age. Recipient will be required to sign for package. If delivery agent is unable to deliver the wine after multiple attempts due to the fact that no one 21 years of age or older was available to sign for the wine, and wine is returned to Cross Creek Groves, we will refund the cost of any wine returned, undamaged, less shipping charges & a handling charge of $6.00.

Citrus and Non-Wine Delivery Policy

Our Citrus is shipped by private refrigerated trucks. Locally, your packages will be delivered by USPS, FedEX, or UPS Ground. We can accommodate for expedited delivery on request. All Wine products are shipped via FedEX Ground. Wine cannot be shipped in our standard trucks or via the United States Post Office.

Payment Policy

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. We accept personal checks or money orders. Orders will not be shipped until your check or money order has arrived. We do not add a surcharge to credit card orders.

Availability depends on each variety’s season. Citrus orders are packed with oranges and grapefruits available in season, unless otherwise requested.

Shipping Policies

To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address Zip Code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

Restricted States: CA, LA, TX

No Longer Shipping to: AK, AZ, HI

Canada: Sorry, no expedited shipments to Canada. All Canadian orders are payable in U.S. dollars. We only ship to the following provinces: Quebec, Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland. No wine shipments to Canada.

Sales Tax

We only collect state sales tax on wine orders when the ship-to address is in the following state:



Sales Tax Notice: We are required by the State of Florida to charge sales tax (6.00%) on all Wine Products when the delivery address is in the state of Florida, but you may be required to report this purchase for Use Tax if shipping elsewhere. Please consult your state or local tax professional for guidance.

Order Cancellation Policies

We will make every effort to make changes to or cancel an order after it is placed, if requested. However, we can not guarantee an order can be stopped or changed after it has been placed.


All requests for replacements or refunds MUST be received within 90 days of our shipping date.

Return Policies

If you are not completely satisfied, contact us and we will replace the whole gift or any portion of it. Claims must be made within 30 days of shipping to
